When you learn photography, you should have a proper knowledge of the photography ethics. Basically, ethics is the concepts and fundamental principles of decent human conduct. It includes the study of universal values such as the essential equality of all men and women, human or natural rights, obedience to the law of land, concern for health and safety and, increasingly, also for the natural environment. It is not limited for only photography field. Whatever you involve with society there is a separate code of ethics to obey.

1. Never use others’ photographs as your (especially the commercial purpose)
Billions of photographs being available on the Internet. But you cannot use those photos for your work or any commercial purpose without permission from its owner. Legally it can be included to use intellectual property. As well as the owner can be got some legal actions against you. Professional photographers are never using others’ photographs.
2. Photographs Plagiarism for your own works
Most of the people used to download photographs from the internet. You can edit or modify some part of them. Then you can use those images as their own product for their private reasons and commercial purposes too. This is a topic for endless debates. Because photo editing is not a method of ownership exchanging of intellectual property. The editing level is the most important thing. As an example, if you have edited a small color change does not enough to publish as your own photograph. You need to add something that the original image originally it does not available. Your output should not be liked the below photographs.
3. Protect the natural values of nature photographs
Don’t try to change the original view of the nature photographs. When you add something or edit the nature photograph, it’s no longer tell as the nature photograph. You should get the permission from the model with written evidence is the best way that you can follow.
6. Don’t do spy photography
As an ethical photographer, you should not try to capture the spy photographs of others. Legally you do not have permission to publish that type of photographs in public. Sometimes it can be effected for their private life too.
7. Never damage wildlife to make better photographs
Wildlife photography is a very interesting filed. But when capturing wildlife photographs, your behavior never disturb for wild lives, their living patterns and their behaviors too. As well as you never try to destruct any nature creations to make the best view for your photographs.
8. Never force for your model to stay at hazardous areas
You will never force for your model to stay at a hazardous area for make batter background. Money is not the most important thing in life. You will never select hazardous areas for your photo shoot. Such as radiation active areas, poisonous areas, dangerous high hill’s edges and high voltage areas. Etc… You are the responsible person and you must think about your model safety and protection until the photo shoot ends up.
9. Do not publish the street photographs without permission
Random street photography also makes a beautiful photographs. But it can be harmful to other persons. Because we do not know the mentality, willingness and the secrets of their life. Therefore we cannot publish any person or a personal photograph in public without any permission. That persons can be taken legal actions against you.
10. Do not use drone units to capture the personal things without permission
We can use Drone to make super photographs, but you never use a drone for spy purposes. Don’t move your drone to capture personal things of other persons. If you publish that type of photographs without permission, they can get a legal action against you.
11. Try to get a written document permission
People’s mind can be changed in one second. Therefore photographers should be careful about the legal side. The best thing that you should keep the written permission as the evidence for any legal problems. That mean, you can make a contract with including the conditions before doing anything with the outer person.
